Regal Club Privileges (Regal Airport Hotel)
Applies to Regal Club Rooms and Deluxe Suites Only

1.          Complimentary Round-trip Scheduled Hotel Shuttle Bus to and from the Airport (applicable to Hotels in Hong Kong only).

2.          Complimentary Use of the Regal Scheduled Shuttle Bus Service (applicable to Hotels in Hong Kong only and subject to availability).

3.          Complimentary 12 Minibar items daily (including 2 bottles of mineral water, 2 cans of beer, 2 cans of juice, 4 cans of soft drinks, 1 chocolate bar and 1 pack of chips).

4.          Complimentary Unlimited Consumption of soft drinks, juice, tea, coffee and mineral water served at the Club Lounge throughout the day.

5.          Complimentary In-room Broadband Internet Access during stay.

6.          Complimentary Broadband Internet Access at Club Lounge / Business Centre for 15 minutes plus 3 pages of printout daily.

7.          Complimentary Bonus Frequent Flyer Mileage on applicable mileage programme(s) (CX Asia Miles).  Percentage of Bonus Miles based on paying room rate as below:

-   HK$1,400+service and tax (or equivalent) = 25%

-   HK$1,800+service and tax (or equivalent) = 50%

-   HK$2,200+service and tax (or equivalent) = 75%

-   HK$2,500+service and tax (or equivalent) = 100%

8.          Complimentary daily Extensive Continental Buffet Breakfast at Club Lounge from 0700hrs to 1030hrs, Buffet Breakfast at Coffee Shop or a restaurant or Continental Breakfast by Room Service (Room Service breakfast mandatory to Group 1 Hotels only, highly recommended for Group 2 Hotels).

9.          Complimentary Refreshment including fresh pastries, canapés, cookies and fruit at the Club Lounge throughout the day.

10.      Complimentary Evening Cocktails during cocktail hours at the Club Lounge from 1800hrs to 2100hrs with snacks, canapés, cookies, fruit, coffee, tea, soft drinks, juice, beer, mineral water, liquors and wine are served.

11.      Complimentary Use of Conference / Board / Meeting Room for up to 2 hours daily (if applicable and subject to availability).

19.      Late Check-out up to 1800hrs at no extra charge (subject to availability).  Shower facilities at the Health Centre (if applicable) would be offered when unable to grant late check-out.

20.      Complimentary Fresh Welcome Fruit on arrival with daily replenishment.

21.      Complimentary Welcome Drinks at the Club Lounge upon arrival.

22.      Complimentary choice of daily Local and International Newspaper (if applicable).

27.      Express Laundry / Dry-cleaning / Pressing Services at normal rate (within 3 hours for laundry & dry-cleaning and 2 hours for pressing as specified in the Rooms Division Minimum Quality Guest Services).

28.      Complimentary Use of Health Centre and Swimming Pool except massage / spa / beauty / course charges (wherever applicable).

29.      Complimentary Coffee and Tea making facilities in room.

30.      Complimentary Mineral Water setup in bathroom (2 bottles per room).

31.      30% discount on Food & Beverage Consumption in all restaurants and bars including Room Service.

32.      30% discount on Laundry, Dry-cleaning and Pressing Services

33.      30% discount on Business Centre Services.

34.      30% discount on Spa / Massage / Beauty Treatments (if applicable).

35.      30% discount on Minibar consumption in addition to the daily complimentary items.

36.      Complete Concierge Service throughout the day.

37.      Complete Business Centre and Secretarial Service throughout the day.

38.      Housekeeping service available 24 hours daily.

39.      Nightly Turndown Service with Weather Forecast Card, Goodnight Chocolate or a tray of canapés, Environmental Card for re-use of linen placed on the bedside table and on the bed (as specified in the Rooms Division Minimum Quality Guest Services).  For Group 1 Hotels, it is recommended that Full Turndown Service to be offered with foot mat placed, slippers replaced and used towels replaced unless guest requests otherwise.

40.      Personalized Wake-up Call (not using automatic system).  Any guest placing a wake-up call will be immediately offered to order a second call and also provided with the weather forecast for the next day (as specified in the Rooms Division Minimum Quality Guest Services).
