  • Although all hotels are within comfortable walking distance to the conference venue (Shanghai Pudong Expo), there will be a shuttle bus service available during 26-29 September 2011.
  • We have blocked equal numbers of rooms at each hotel listed above so please note that there will be no “main” or “base” hotel. 
  • All functions including on-site registration and the welcome cocktail reception will be located at Shanghai Pudong Expo.

PAYMENT

  • Pre-payment for the full period of stay will be charged to you at the time of booking.
  • USD payments can be made online via credit card. Should you wish to pay by other means then please send an email to accounting@sinoforeignforwardersconference.com so that we can provide you with alternatives.
  • RMB payments can be made through CIFA.  Please send an email to julia-zhao@cifa.org.cn for more information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

September, especially the weeks immediately before and after National Day Celebrations (first week of October) are peak periods for hotels throughout China.  As a result, hotels are very strict regarding cancellations, no-shows, late check-ins and early check-outs and cancellation policies will be strictly enforced.

For any of the above cases, the event organizers will do their utmost best to negotiate with the hotel to keep your charges as low as possible, however this depends on the hotel’s occupancy at the time and the event organizers cannot guarantee that they will always be successful in negotiating with the hotels for a decrease in charges.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT

Normal Check-In time is after 14:00 hrs
Normal Check-Out time is before 12:00 hrs
If you wish to GUARANTEE Early Check-In and Late Check-Out times then the following rates will apply:

The above charges only apply to pre-paid Early Check-In / Late Check-Out.  You will be required to request and pay directly to your hotel for any Early Check-In / Late check-Out required after 19th September 2011.  the hotels will normally base their rates on their counter selling rates which are more expensive than the room rates quoted above.
