NOTES
- SHUTTLE BUS to Conference Venue (XICEC). Although all hotels are within 15 minutes walking distance to the conference venue (XICEC), there will be a shuttle bus service available during 16-19 September 2012.
- BASE HOTEL. International Conference Center Hotel is the base hotel. The welcome cocktail reception on 16th September will be held there and we have the most rooms at this hotel.
- All functions from 17th - 19th September will be held at XICEC. Only the onsite registration during 15th - 16th September and the Welcome Cocktail Reception on 16th September will be held at International Conference Center Hotel.
PAYMENT
- Pre-payment for the full period of stay will be charged to you at the time of booking.
- USD payments can be made online via credit card. Should you wish to pay by other means then please send an email to accounting@sinoforeignforwardersconference.com so that we can provide you with alternatives.
- RMB payments can be made through CIFA. Please send an email to julia-zhao@cifa.org.cnfor more information.

For any of the above cases, we will do their utmost best to negotiate with your hotel to keep your charges as low as possible, however this depends on the hotel's occupancy at the time and we cannot guarantee that we will always be successful in negotiating with the hotels. |
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
Normal Check-In time is after 14:00 hrs
Normal Check-Out time is before 12:00 hrs
If you wish to GUARANTEE Early Check-In and Late Check-Out times then the following rates will apply:

The above charges only apply to pre-paid Early Check-In / Late Check-Out. The hotels will normally base their rates on their counter selling rates which are more expensive than the room rates quoted above. |
