Overview of Booking Procedures:

The booking process is simple but you will need to obtain a MICE Event Code first.  This code can be found at the bottom of the email confirming your event registration.

For those who registered for this event prior to Cathay Pacific becoming the Official Carrier, please contact conference@sinoforeignforwardersconference.com for the MICE Event Code.

1. Obtain your MICE Event Code from the email confirming your conference registration. 
2. Have your MICE Event Code ready, then go to the Cathay Pacific website by clicking here to register for the special airfares.
3. After you have finished registering with Cathay Pacific you will be able to check airfares from your home country, book a flight, or return to the same website to book your flight at a later time. 
4. An email containing a 10 digit PIN will have been sent to the email address you provided to Cathay Pacific during the above registration process. 
5. Whenever you wish to return to the Cathay Pacific website to book your ticket or make any changes, simply click here and use the MICE Event Code and the PIN number sent to you by email to Login.  Follow the simple instructions provided on Cathay Pacific’s website to finish booking your ticket.
