Annual Sino-International Freight Forwarders Conference will take place in Hong Kong this September

7th Annual Sino-International Freight Forwarders Conference, co-sponsored by CIFA (China International Freight Forwarders Association) and WCAF (WCA Family of Logistic Networks) will take place September 26-29 in Hong Kong.

Mrs. Liu Zhanfang Liu, vice president of CIFA said that it would be the first time for the attendees of World Cargo Connection which is hosted by Air Cargo News, a well-know air media in England to join in the One on One meeting of Sino Conference also. More than 1,500 persons from all over the world are expected to attend this conference.

It is reported that Annual Sino-International Freight Forwarders Conference has been successfully held for six times, and it’s the third time to hold the conference in Hong Kong. Mrs. Liu Zhanfang pointed out that Sino Conference gathers all aspects of supply chains, which is much sought after by logistics companies in China and have a positive effect on the development of logistics industry.

Mr. David Yokeum, president of WCAF also said that the Chinese freight forwarding industry is still "younger", Sino Conference is conductive for Chinese logistics companies to study the rich experience from the related corporation abroad, seek cooperation opportunities and expand the market.

7th Annual Sino-International Freight Forwarders Conference, co-sponsored by CIFA (China International Freight Forwarders Association) and WCAF (WCA Family of Logistic Networks) will take place September 26-29 at Asia World Expo.

Mr. David Yokeum, president of WCAF said that China had became the engine of global economic recovery under the global financial crisis, and Chinese market also received great concern from all over the world, 7th Sino Conference would attract attendees from America, Africa, Europe etc. He expressed that China had became a focus of discussion while he talked with worldwide logistics professionals as everyone has high expectation of Chinese market.

Mrs. Liu Zhanfang Liu, vice president of CIFA figured that the reason why 7th Sino Conference got high concern within the logistics industry is the growing of independent freight forwarders group as well as the tremendous volume of business which attendees got from previous conferences. Companies who had taken part in previous Sino Conferences have realized the importance of meeting professional partners during the conference.
