Shanghai Pudong Expo, China

Please ensure that your shipment reaches Grand China Logistics Co., Ltd. (GCL) no later than
Tuesday, 20th September 2011 so that it has sufficient time to clear customs and be handled by GCL.

Inward to Shanghai by International Courier:

Importation of brochures, folders, advertising flyers, printed matter, and small give-away promotional items (pens, key chains, calendars, etc.) can be more easily and economically arranged if the exhibitors use major international courier companies to send their items to Shanghai.

Remarks:

1. In Shanghai, the Customs Clearance of all the express shipments is handled by international courier companies.
2. If the exhibitor needs GCL to provide the documents for Customs Clearance, GCL will charge CNY 1000/shipment.
3. If the Shanghai Customs will charge tariff, GCL can pay the tariff for the exhibitors and will charge 3% of the tariff as handling charge (the value of tariff is based on the Duty List issued by Shanghai Customs).
4. Please do not consign to your hotel or to the venue location. Shanghai Pudong Expo and participating hotels do not accept goods directly, and shipments to the hotel are likely to be delayed and GCL may not be able to assist properly.

2) Handling and Delivery Charges to Pudong Expo
GCL will accept delivery of all packages from the couriers and then arrange timely delivery to the Pudong Expo.

Handling and delivery charge:

Remark: Additional Heavy lifting CNY 500 /package will be charged if package is over 300kg. Deliveries to different locations, split deliveries, after normal business hours, or other services will incur additional charges according to requirements.

2) GCL will provide Customs Clearance Service, Storage Service and Delivery Service after the air cargo has arrived at Pudong International Airport. The details are:

Customs Clearance & Documents：CNY 1800/shipment

If the Shanghai Customs will charge tariff, GCL can pay the tariff for the exhibitors and will charge 3% of the tariff as handling charge (the value of tariff is based on the Duty List issued by Shanghai Customs).

Terminal Fee & Handling Charge：CNY 1.8/KG
Warehouse：CNY 0.3/KG/day
Delivery Charge：

Payment

All charges (including the tariff) should be settled directly to GCL before the event. GCL will estimate the value of tariff in terms of the condition of the shipment. GCL will refund for any overpayment or need a supplemental payment for any deficiency. Please find Bank Details as follows (GCL will not afford the bank charges):

Remark: Above rates are in CNY. If the exhibitor wants to pay USD, the exchange rate is based on the median rate of the buying and selling rates between USD and CNY issued by Bank of China on the day of making payment.
