The 9th Sino-International Freight Forwarders Conference in China

Venue: Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center

Please ensure that your shipment arrives in Xiamen no later than 9th September 2012, so that it has sufficient time to clear customs and be handled by PENAVICO.

I. Inward to Xiamen by International Courier:

Importation of brochures, folders, advertising flyers, printed matter, and small give-away promotional items (pens, key chains, calendars, etc.) can be more easily and economically arranged if the exhibitors use major international courier companies to send their items to Xiamen.
1) All shipments should be addressed & consigned to:

Notes:

1. In Xiamen, the Customs Clearance of all the express shipments is handled by international courier companies.
2. If the exhibitor needs PENAVICO to provide the documents for Customs Clearance, PENAVICO will charge USD160/shipment.
3. If CHINA Customs charges tariff, PENAVICO can pay the tariff for the exhibitors and will charge 3% of the tariff as handling charge (the value of tariff is based on the Duty List issued by CHINA Customs).
4. Please do not consign to your hotel or to the venue location. Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center and participating hotels do not accept goods directly, and shipments to the hotel are likely to be delayed and PENAVICO may not be able to assist properly.

2) Handling and Delivery Charges
PENAVICO will accept delivery of all packages from the couriers and then arrange timely delivery to Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center.

Handling and delivery charge:

Note: Additional Heavy lifting USD 60 /package will be charged if package is over 300kg. Deliveries to different locations, split deliveries, after normal business hours, or other services will incur additional charges according to requirements.

II. Inward to Xiamen by Air Cargo:

2) PENAVICO will provide Customs Clearance Service, Storage Service and Delivery Service after the air cargo has arrived in Xiamen. Customs and Delivery Charges are as below:

1. Customs Clearance & Documents:USD 288/shipment.
   If China Customs charges tariff, PENAVICO can pay the tariff for the exhibitors and will charge 3% of the tariff as handling charge (the value of tariff is based on the Duty List issued by China Customs).
2. Terminal Fee & Handling Charge:USD 0.16/KG
3. Warehouse: USD 0.05KG/day
4. Delivery Charge:

Note : The above quotation does not include customs/quarantine inspection fee, forklift charge, import duty/tax, and other special charges.

III. Payment

All charges (including the tariff) should be settled directly to PENAVICO before the event. PENAVICO will estimate the value of tariff in terms of the condition of the shipment. PENAVICO will refund for any overpayment or need a supplemental payment for any deficiency. Please find Bank Details as follows (PENAVICO will not afford the bank charges):
