Inward to Hong Kong by International Courier:

Importation of brochures, folders, advertising flyers, printed matter, and small give-away promotional items (pens, key chains, calendars, etc.) can be more easily and economically arranged if the exhibitors use major international courier companies to send their items to Hong Kong.

Please do not consign to your hotel or to the venue location. AWE and participating hotels do not accept goods directly, and shipments to the hotel are likely to be delayed and On Time Express Ltd. may not be able to assist properly.

Handling and Delivery Charges to Exhibitor’s Booth
On Time Express Ltd. will accept delivery of all packages from the couriers and then arrange timely delivery to the exhibitor’s booth, assist with unpacking and placement of items at the storage area of the exhibition center for you to pickup.

Handling charges should be settled directly to On Time Express before the event, please find Bank Details as follows:

Charges per Exhibitor/delivery:

• Additional Heavy lifting USD 102.00 /package will be charged if package is over 200kg.
• Deliveries to different locations, split deliveries, after normal business hours, or other services will incur additional charges accordingly to requirements.
