• Sponsor logos featured on all signage in the registration area, certain conference backdrops or banners, and Welcome Cocktail Reception Backdrop.
• Special acknowledgement during the Welcome Cocktail Reception on 26th September 2011.

• 15% discount on all booth packages.
• Free Full Page COLOR advertisement in the delegates directory (distributed to all event delegates onsite).
• Sponsor’s logo featured on all signage in the registration area and Plenary Session Backdrop (size and prominence of logo will be in accordance to sponsorship levels).
• Special acknowledgement during the gala dinner.
• Inclusion of sponsor’s name and logo on the Sponsors page of the event website.
• Sponsor’s logo on some printed event promotional material.

• One Free Event Pass.
• Sponsor’s logo on selected event giveaway items.
• 20% discount on all booth packages.
• Two Free Full Page Color advertisements in the delegate directory (distributed to all event delegates onsite).
• Sponsor logo displayed prominently at entrance to meeting venue.
• Three fixed meeting tables featuring the sponsor’s logo on a table-top sign located in a prime location of the One-on-One meeting area.
• Sponsor’s logo featured on all signage in the registration area, Plenary Session Backdrop and Gala Dinner Backdrop.
• Special acknowledgement during the gala dinner.
• Inclusion of sponsor’s name and logo on the Sponsors page of the event website.
• Inclusion of sponsor logo on the home page of the event website.

ORDERING A SPONSOR PACKAGE

• Sponsor Packages can be ordered online through the Shopping Cart (on the left of this page) or by clicking one of the “Purchase Sponsor Package” tabs on this page.
• Follow the online instructions and please be sure to enter the correct information. Please note that the PLATINUM sponsor package includes one free event pass.
• Sponsor packages are limited in number and will be sold on a first come – first served basis.

PAYMENT

• USD payments can be made online via credit card. Should you wish to pay by other means then please send an email to accounting@sinoforeignforwardersconference.com so that we can provide you with alternatives.
• RMB payments can be made through CIFA.  Please send an email to julia-zhao@cifa.org.cn for more information.
• Payment should be made as soon as possible. You will not be able to use the online Scheduler to make appointments until payment has been received from your office
• You will not have your company logo appear on the conference website or other promotional material until payment has been received by the conference organizers.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Note – for refunds on registration fees, booths, advertising or other optional items, please see the individual web pages dedicated to that particular item.

DEADLINE FOR ARTWORK / GRAPHICS

Note that your logo will not start appearing on the event website or event adverts / inserts until payment has been received for your sponsorship package.
