China Pavilion (World Expo Shanghai).  Largest national pavilion at the Shanghai Expo and the largest display in the history of the World Expo.  The pavilion showcases China’s illustrious civilization and modern achievements by combining traditional and modern elements in its architecture, landscaping and exhibits.  After May 31, 2011 the pavilion was converted into a museum of Chinese culture and history.

Buffet Lunch at Oriental Pearl Tower was the tallest building in China until 2007 and is located on the river directly across from the famous Bund area of Shanghai.  Lunch will be in a rotating restaurant located 267m up from the ground offering a perfect panorama of downtown Shanghai.

Yu Garden is located in the center of the Old City next to the Chenghuangmiao area in Shanghai and is considered one of the most lavish and finest Chinese gardens in the region.  The garden was first established in 1559 as a private garden created by Pan Yunduan, who spent almost 20 years building a garden to please his father Pan En, a high-ranking official in the Ming Dynasty.

The Bund.  Visit the Bund (located near Yu Garden).  The Bund is one of the most famous tourist destinations in Shanghai and is located on the river bank directly across from Panoramic Pudong, Shanghai’s newest business central business district.

Board coaches and return to Parkview, Renaissance, Crown Plaza, and Radisson hotels.  The journey is expected to take approximately one hour, but depends on the traffic.
