All rates below are in EURO.

Inward to Barcelona by International Courier:

Importation of brochures, folders, advertising flyers, printed matter, and small give-away promotional items (pens, key chains, calendars, etc.) can be more easily and economically arranged if the exhibitors use major international courier companies to send their items to Barcelona.

Please do not consign to your hotel or to the venue location.  Ferrer Forwarders may not be able to assist properly.

2. Handling and Delivery Charges 

Ferrer Forwarders will accept delivery of all packages from the couriers and then arrange timely delivery World Trade Center (WTC Barcelona), assist with unpacking, placement of items, and debris removal. Handling charges should be settled to us before the conference, please find further Details as follows:
Documents Required:

1. Packing List addressed to Ferrer Forwarders
2. Commercial Invoice addressed to Ferrer Forwarders, which should include:
   1. commodity description and it’s harmonised customs code.
   2. “Free of charge give-aways to be delivered for Sino-European Freight Forwarders Conference 2009 in World Trade Center. No commercial value, value for customs purposes only”.
   3. Maximum value: only for customs procedures Euro 5500,00

Charges as follows, per Exhibitor/delivery :

Min                           : EUR  96.00
25  to   50kg           : EUR 128.00
51  to 100kg           : EUR 148.00
101 to 150kg          : EUR 177.00
151 to 200kg          : EUR 202.00
201 to 250kg          : EUR 231.00
251 to 300kg          : EUR 266.00

** Additional Heavy lifting will be charged if package is over 150kg.

Deliveries to different locations, split deliveries, after normal business hours, or other services will incur additional charges accordingly to requirements.

We would recommend that the materials are sent in such a timely fashion and should arrive in Barcelona 4 working days (Wednesday, 21st October) before the event otherwise clearance & delivery to the event may delay.
